In our work, we’ve learned to think outside the box. Our approach to meetings reflects our adaptability and creativity. While typical meetings tend to occur indoors, we sometimes find ourselves gathering under the shade of a tree or wherever works best. What may seem like a casual break is often a strategic session where we swiftly address challenges and refine our approach. During these meetings, we discuss our progress and figure out how to improve our services or approach to our customers. With the help of local communities, we can meet just about anywhere, which makes collaboration easy. The support we receive from villages is incredible. Whether it’s by offering us space or sharing insights about their community, it helps us do our jobs better. This team effort is vital as we strive to create more job opportunities and income for everyone.
