🌟Dots for: Where Dedication Meets Joy🌟

At Dots for, our mission to empower rural communities isn’t solely driven by technology—It’s powered by the passion and dedication of our incredible team. There are moments when our committed employees are fully focused on their tasks, yet still smiling. What makes this special? It’s the unwavering commitment that these team members bring every single day. What may appear to be just filling out paperwork is actually them contributing to something much larger. They’re helping transform lives, one interaction at a time. Whether it’s enabling villagers to access essential tools and resources, or guiding them through our learning platform, these smiles come from a deep sense of purpose. They understand the real impact of their work. It’s this dedication—combined with genuine passion—that defines the Dots for family. Every task, no matter how small, is carried out with a sense of responsibility and pride. Our employees understand that their efforts fuel real change, creating opportunities for communities to thrive. And through it all, they remain connected, energized, and inspired by the people they serve. At Dots for, we believe that when you love what you do, it shows. And in moments like this, you can see the joy, dedication, and heart that drive our mission forward. Together, we’re not just changing lives—we’re creating a movement.

Not long ago, printing in rural villages across Benin and Senegal was not something people could rely on. It often meant traveling far, spending time and money, and facing limitations that slowed down daily life. Today, it’s becoming the norm with Dots for. Thanks to our strategic partnership with Brother—printing and document services are now available directly within village communities. What once seemed out of reach for years is now part of everyday life. But beyond printing, this is about creating new possibilities. Students, teachers and everyone can access educational materials or various documents more easily. Communities can function more efficiently without depending on distant cities. Simply said, we are helping build local economies within villages. And with that, something deeper is changing… People are no longer asking, “Where can I find opportunities?” They are now focused on using the opportunities around them. That shift in mindset is where real transformation begins to skyrocket. And this is just one of many ways we continue to connect dots and expand what’s possible in rural Africa. We express our continuous gratitude to everyone who is contributing to making Dots for’s vision into a reality.

All Dots On Deck 👣🌍

February 27, 2026

We’ve all heard the expression "All hands on deck.” At Dots for, we have the following: All dots on deck. There are days when installations are bigger, more intense, and more demanding than usual. Days when everyone shows up—not just in role but in spirit. No titles, no hierarchy. Just one team, working side by side. On those days, you see what Dots for truly represents. We install our devices, we lay cables, and we test systems. But beyond the technical work, something deeper is happening. Every step taken by everyone, is part of something larger than the task itself. With all dots gathered, all efforts align and all energy is focused. Because these installations are not just about infrastructure. They are about fueling our Flywheel of Impact—the moment when connection leads to opportunity, opportunity leads to growth, and growth feeds back into stronger communities. When we stand together in the field, we are not just installing equipment. We are setting transformation in motion. This dynamism makes several partners believe in us and join us in this journey. To all of them, we say, "Thank you," and promise to keep feeding the flywheel of impact. All dots on deck. All for the community. All in.

Real Change, Real Stories: Our 2025 Impact Summary

January 9, 2026

A few days ago, we released our 2025 Impact Report — a milestone that captures not just numbers, but the experiences, strategy, and real human progress behind them. From the very beginning, our journey has been grounded in fieldwork, listening to communities, and iterating based on what works. The result, A “Flywheel of Impact”, a term we coined ourselves. Our model is simple but powerful: Connect → Digitalize → Transform. And it translates into volumes. 👥 28,000+ paying customers 📱 780,000+ unique users of our digital services 💸 7,300+ accessed financial services 🌱 400+ jobs and income opportunities created ⚙️ 7 key services deployed in our rural networks But the numbers only tell part of the story. Take Ahouangan, a motorcycle taxi driver from Bohicon, who used our BNPL marketplace to buy a better bike and grew his profit from 1,500 FCFA to 6,000 FCFA daily. Or Djegbate, a student who used to walk 1.5km for copies and now prints school documents in his own village — thanks to our collaboration with Brother to bring printing solutions to 20 rural communities. They’re not the only ones. All together, they represent everyday proof of why we exist. Each device installed, service launched, or contract signed is a dot connected toward something bigger — a family helped, a business started, a future unlocked. This progress is only possible thanks to our tireless teams in Benin, Senegal, and Zambia, our trusted partners, and the communities who continue to believe in our mission. Our 2025 Impact Report includes a year-in-brief, our theory of change, and a selection of powerful testimonials from the communities we serve. We invite you to explore the full report and stay tuned. As we speak, the next chapter is already being written. More stories, more progress, and more impact are on the way. Let us know your thoughts. 🔗 Report Link: https://dotsfor.com/pdf/dotsfor_impactreport2025_EN.pdf The flywheel is turning, stronger than ever, connecting all “dots”.
