When we’re not on the ground building the infrastructure to digitally connect rural communities, we’re out in the world making the connections that will shape the future. Earlier this month, Dots for team members attended MWC Barcelona, one of the world’s largest gatherings for technology and connectivity. For many of our local team members, it was an eye-opening experience—a moment that showed just how vast the world is, and how much opportunity lies ahead. But soon, this experience won’t just be for us—it will also be for the people living in villages across rural Africa. With Dots for, they too will realize that the world is much bigger in opportunities. And most importantly, they will be able to access them from their home. We are building bridges between local communities and global markets, between untapped talent and limitless potential. The world is big, but with Dots for, all “dots” are connected.

Climbing onto roofs is always a crucial part of installing the devices, solar panels, and technology that will bring real transformation to these communities. Climbing a roof symbolizes our commitment to serving communities and represents elevation, progress, and the desire to uplift them. Each time our team climbs a rooftop to install the infrastructure, we lay the foundation for economic success, connectivity, and empowerment.
