As Dots for expands across new regions, one principle remains unchanged: our work starts with the people, not the product. In every village we enter—from Benin to Senegal—we carry with us not only our technology but also the lessons, methods, and values that have brought us closer to the communities we serve. In Benin, we built our approach around deep local engagement, sometimes organizing village-wide gatherings in places like Idaho, Imoumou, and many more. These weren’t just promotional moments—they were conversations. Often held under a tree, a symbol in many African villages of collective wisdom and decision-making, these gatherings helped initiate real connection and trust. Now, in Senegal, we are carrying that same spirit forward. In Katakel and other villages, we’re applying what we’ve learned—bringing together our team members and village residents in open-air meetings that reflect not just tradition, but shared vision. Yes, the scenery may change. The language, the roads, even the rhythm of daily life. But some things stay the same: our commitment to listening, our respect for local customs, and our focus on delivering true value to our customers. Because transformation starts with trust—and trust begins with connection.

A few days ago Dots for celebrated one more year of impact. This anniversary is a celebration of every partnership formed, every team member who joined the journey, and every village where our work is making a difference. This past year was especially meaningful. We expanded our reach, welcomed new teammates, and forged new partnerships with people and organizations that believe in what we do. More and more voices are joining us to say: the potential of rural Africa is really untapped. At Dots for, we’re proud to be among the pioneers proving that change is possible—when vision meets commitment, and when communities are at the center of innovation. What makes our story special is all the people who come together around a single mission. From field agents to tech experts, from village elders to first-time users, our strength lies in how we connect people and build bridges. Dots for is about unity, purpose, and people working as one. We’ve all heard the expression "All hands on deck.” At Dots for, we have the following: All dots on deck. There are days when installations are bigger, more intense, and more demanding than usual. Days when everyone shows up—not just in role but in spirit. No titles, no hierarchy. Just one team, working side by side. On those days, you see what Dots for truly represents. We install our devices, we lay cables, and we test systems. But beyond the technical work, something deeper is happening. Every step taken by everyone, is part of something larger than the task itself. With all dots gathered, all efforts align and all energy is focused. Because these installations are not just about infrastructure. A few days ago, we released our 2025 Impact Report — a milestone that captures not just numbers, but the experiences, strategy, and real human progress behind them. From the very beginning, our journey has been grounded in fieldwork, listening to communities, and iterating based on what works. The result, A “Flywheel of Impact”, a term we coined ourselves. Our model is simple but powerful: Connect → Digitalize → Transform. And it translates into volumes. 👥 28,000+ paying customers 📱 780,000+ unique users of our digital services 💸 7,300+ accessed financial services 🌱 400+ jobs and income opportunities created ⚙️ 7 key services deployed in our rural networks But the numbers only tell part of the story. Take Ahouangan, a motorcycle taxi driver from Bohicon, who used our BNPL marketplace to buy a better bike and grew his profit from 1,500 FCFA to 6,000 FCFA daily. Or Djegbate, a student who used to walk 1.5km for copies and now prints school documents in his own village — thanks to our collaboration with Brother to bring printing solutions to 20 rural communities. They’re not the only ones. All together, they represent everyday proof of why we exist. Each device installed, service launched, or contract signed is a dot connected toward something bigger — a family helped, a business started, a future unlocked. This progress is only possible thanks to our tireless teams in Benin, Senegal, and Zambia, our trusted partners, and the communities who continue to believe in our mission.
