As Dots for expands across new regions, one principle remains unchanged: our work starts with the people, not the product. In every village we enter—from Benin to Senegal—we carry with us not only our technology but also the lessons, methods, and values that have brought us closer to the communities we serve. In Benin, we built our approach around deep local engagement, sometimes organizing village-wide gatherings in places like Idaho, Imoumou, and many more. These weren’t just promotional moments—they were conversations. Often held under a tree, a symbol in many African villages of collective wisdom and decision-making, these gatherings helped initiate real connection and trust. Now, in Senegal, we are carrying that same spirit forward. In Katakel and other villages, we’re applying what we’ve learned—bringing together our team members and village residents in open-air meetings that reflect not just tradition, but shared vision. Yes, the scenery may change. The language, the roads, even the rhythm of daily life. But some things stay the same: our commitment to listening, our respect for local customs, and our focus on delivering true value to our customers. Because transformation starts with trust—and trust begins with connection.

In Senegal, one region stands out as both a foundation and a launchpad for Dots for’s mission—Kaolack. As one of the first regions where we began our activities, Kaolack holds a special place in our journey. Today, its team is not only growing in number but also in strength, vision, and impact. Expanding our work in Senegal comes with challenges—from navigating new terrains to earning the trust of local communities. But Team Kaolack meets each of these with determination and heart. Day by day, they are introducing Dots for services into more villages, building connections, installing infrastructure, and guiding communities toward digital inclusion and economic opportunity. Their work is laying the foundation for something bigger. As Kaolack grows, so does our footprint. Regions like Kaffrine and beyond are already experiencing the wave of transformation powered by Dots for. Team Kaolack represents a symbol of progress, of how local commitment can drive national impact. We’re proud of everything they’ve achieved and even more excited for what’s to come. At Dots for, our mission extends beyond villages. When we’re not on the ground building the infrastructure to digitally connect rural communities, we’re out in the world making the connections that will shape the future. Earlier this month, Dots for team members attended MWC Barcelona, one of the world’s largest gatherings for technology and connectivity. For many of our local team members, it was an eye-opening experience—a moment that showed just how vast the world is, and how much opportunity lies ahead. But soon, this experience won’t just be for us—it will also be for the people living in villages across rural Africa. With Dots for, they too will realize that the world is much bigger in opportunities. And most importantly, they will be able to access them from their home. We are building bridges between local communities and global markets, between untapped talent and limitless potential. The world is big, but with Dots for, all “dots” are connected.
