It fuels the tireless effort of those walking from door to door, and those behind screens fine-tuning the platform. It’s what keeps us growing, grounded in our mission: to unleash the constraints of rural Africa and give everyone, everywhere, opportunities to thrive. At Dots for, our mission extends beyond villages. When we’re not on the ground building the infrastructure to digitally connect rural communities, we’re out in the world making the connections that will shape the future. Earlier this month, Dots for team members attended MWC Barcelona, one of the world’s largest gatherings for technology and connectivity. For many of our local team members, it was an eye-opening experience—a moment that showed just how vast the world is, and how much opportunity lies ahead. But soon, this experience won’t just be for us—it will also be for the people living in villages across rural Africa. With Dots for, they too will realize that the world is much bigger in opportunities. And most importantly, they will be able to access them from their home. We are building bridges between local communities and global markets, between untapped talent and limitless potential. The world is big, but with Dots for, all “dots” are connected.

Dots for is making significant strides in Benin and Senegal. In Benin, our impactful service offerings have considerably increased, and we are now introducing some of them to communities in Senegal. The synergy between our teams in Benin and Senegal is the cornerstone of our success. Our successful initiatives in Benin have laid the groundwork for our expansion into more villages in Senegal. The lessons learned and best practices from these endeavors are invaluable, serving as models for African rural communities. Our approach involves allowing team members from Senegal to experience the successful implementations in Benin firsthand, and vice versa. This exchange fosters a rich environment of mutual learning and growth. Local teams continuously learn from each other, ensuring that best practices are shared and adapted effectively. This cohesion transcends borders and personal differences, demonstrating the power of collaboration in achieving significant impact.
