It drives how we design our services, how we train, how we communicate, and how we show up—for every user, at every stage. This commitment is observed both in the field and the office. It fuels the tireless effort of those walking from door to door, and those behind screens fine-tuning the platform. It’s what keeps us growing, grounded in our mission: to unleash the constraints of rural Africa and give everyone, everywhere, opportunities to thrive. It’s no surprise then, that these words aren’t just printed on t-shirts—they are also engraved into our way of working. At Dots for, our mission extends beyond villages. When we’re not on the ground building the infrastructure to digitally connect rural communities, we’re out in the world making the connections that will shape the future. Earlier this month, Dots for team members attended MWC Barcelona, one of the world’s largest gatherings for technology and connectivity. For many of our local team members, it was an eye-opening experience—a moment that showed just how vast the world is, and how much opportunity lies ahead. But soon, this experience won’t just be for us—it will also be for the people living in villages across rural Africa. With Dots for, they too will realize that the world is much bigger in opportunities. And most importantly, they will be able to access them from their home. We are building bridges between local communities and global markets, between untapped talent and limitless potential. The world is big, but with Dots for, all “dots” are connected.
