Dots for gave a commemorative award lecture at the Japan ITU Association Special Award Ceremony.

The Japan ITU Association is an organization that supports the activities of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a specialized agency of the United Nations, from a practical perspective, and plays a role in connecting Japan with the world. Dots for received the Special Award at the 2026 (Reiwa 8) "World Information Society and Telecommunications Day Ceremony" hosted by the Japan ITU Association. Upon receiving the award, we gave a 30-minute lecture in front of key figures in Japan's telecommunications standardization policy in the world, including State Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications Horiuchi, about our initiatives to solve challenges in rural Africa using telecommunications technology.
